When you complete a quote request or credit application, we collect your name and job title, company details and delivery address, and your email address and contact number.
2. How we use your data
We use it to prepare quotations, arrange deliveries, process credit applications and coordinate site maintenance work. We do not use it for anything else.
3. Sharing with third parties
We never sell or distribute your details. They are shared only with our distribution partner BG Industrial where this is needed to complete your order.
4. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
5. Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or object to its processing, by emailing admin@ubuntuminingsupplies.co.za.
